If the error is on our part, we will correct it free of charge.

In either case, allow one working day for processing.

In case of a visa rejection, the student must submit the rejection letter within one month of receiving it in order to request a refund. Refund processing may take between 30 to 60 days, or longer in some cases, depending on the insurance company.

Please note that insurance can only be updated or refunded within four months from the start date. After this period, no changes or refunds will be allowed
